Mechanical to electronic, proprietary to open platform, unbundling and bundling were some of the crossroads for our industry and your business. Well, we are once again at another crossroad and a decision point for your business with either the potential for profit or an opportunity for expense.

End-users are always looking for more efficient business tools and ways to lower the acquisition and total cost of ownership – enter SaaS. Whether you call it ‘software as a service’, ‘POS as a service’, ‘hardware as a service’ or even a ‘solution as a service’, it represents a different business model and a decision point.
