Solve-IT Store! [New Member Monday]

In 4-5 sentences, describe your business.

We are a manufacturer of tablet holding devices for point of sale technologies, offering a versatile product line that supports all tablet operating systems and all card swipe hardware.

How long have you been involved in the retail technology industry?

Our company was established in 1984 and was an OEM supplier for many tool manufactures. However the release of the iPad created a need for a commercial-grade holding device. We viewed the product line as a service industry type product. However our customers began to use our product for point of sale. It was an unintended use of our stands that drove our company to change its focus to retail technology.

What attracted you to RSPA?

Our resellers told us to join. Many startups and large corporations have welcomed us into their boardrooms to pitch our products but we enjoy working with our resellers the most. Our resellers are a great group of people building this industry. They understand that customer service is the foundation of the retail technology industry. The RSPA has been a great resource and we are glad we joined.

What are the core values of your company?

Great Products, Great Support, Great Customer Service. We believe in our products and want all of our customers to feel the same. We proudly manufacture all of our products in the USA.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from your competitors.

Each one of our products goes through a manual QC process where we use an actual tablet and not a mockup for testing.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail technology industry?

We are in a transition phase of how we process payments. New technologies and mobile devices are being implemented that will create explosive growth of this industry. We are still in the calm phase before the storm. However the waves are approaching.
